Avenere Cladding LLC is proud to annouce that he Springfield Data Center, which will serve as one of Massachusetts's two primary data centers, has selected NeaCera® Terra-cotta rainscreen panels!
The $110 million dollar data center will be built on the 2.2 acre site of the former Technical High School in Springfield. The project site is in an historic area and the façade of the remaining portion of the high school is in an historic district. The project proposes to preserve the Elliot St façade of Tech High School and demolish the remaining portion of the building, replacing it with a modern facility
TRO Jung Brannen of Boston is the architect; Architectural Products Inc. of Burlington, CT is the installer.
